No. You don’t have to know about the Law of Attraction to successfully be coached by Life Coach David. He’s coached many people who didn’t know about it, or just heard of it.

3. Is coaching only held over the phone?

Yes. Coaching calls are held over the phone because it gives the client full privacy and makes it easier for the client to share without someone staring at them. There have been occasions where someone requests Zoom calls, but you’re not missing out on anything from phone coaching compared to in-person coaching.

5. What time of day are coaching calls offered?

Life Coach David offers calls from 9AM – 9PM because everyone’s schedule is different.

2. How many phone coaching sessions will I need?

There is no answer to that question because everyone is different. Some people may need more support and guidance than others.

4. Are phone coaching sessions offered in packages or single calls?

Coaching sessions are offered in packages of 4, 8, or 16. This is because serious change takes time. Some people know from the beginning that they want 8 or 16, but most people start with a package of 4 and then choose one of the other packages.

6. How long do clients typically work with a wellness coach to see lasting results?

Because we are focusing on sustainable, long-term behavior modification rather than quick fixes, meaningful change takes time. Most clients begin to feel a distinct shift in their clarity, confidence, and daily energy within the first few weeks. However, establishing deep-seated lifestyle changes and mastering self-regulation typically takes an initial commitment of 3 to 6 months. This timeline ensures that the healthy habits you build become an effortless, permanent part of who you are.
